According to MPD, surveillance footage captured 10 suspects driving a U-Haul truck into the front of Nothing But Hair in a shopping center on Winchester Road.

According to reports, the suspects were in five different vehicles.

At the time of the break-in, the owner was asleep in the store, police said. The suspects stole $30,000 worth of hair and hair extensions from the store after firing 34 shots at the owner.

However, the owner was not injured, police said.

Later that same day, a U-Haul truck was found in a dead-end street near Hickory Hill Road and Raines. Police said the truck had collided with another vehicle in the area.

A city truck driver at the scene said the U-Haul truck was involved in the break-in.
